Ways to Pay

We can take payment over the phone between the hours of 8:30am – 5pm Monday to Friday. Failure to make payment on the day we process your order may result in a later delivery date than specified.

Debit / Credit Card Payments

You can pay online via our website at the time of ordering or over the phone. We accept the following cards:

Credit Cards

Please note we will only accept credit cards up to the limit of £3,000. The alternative is a bank transfer where we will need confirmation of payment before delivery.

Cheque Payments

Please make cheques payable to The Mina Group. Allow 5 working days for funds to clear before receiving delivery.

Bank Transfer

Quote your job reference number on bank remittance. Please contact our accounts team on: 01253 749419 for our bank account details.

We accept PayPal payments however there is a 3% fee added to the basket total for making payments via PayPal. Please note that you will be taken off site to PayPal’s secure payments page to complete payment.


We accept Klarna payments. By choosing Klarna as a payment option you can spread the cost of your purchase into 3 interest-free instalments. The first payment is made at point of purchase, with remaining instalments scheduled automatically every 30 days. For more information visit:

Credit Account

We do allow our customers to pay on account, at our discretion, please visit our Credit Account Application page for more information on how to apply.

Charities & Organisations

In some circumstances we are able to exempt the VAT from your order providing your charity or organisation meets the requirements. Please contact our Sales department on 01253 749419 to discuss this further, please note this is at our discretion. Please contact our Sales department prior to placing your order as we’re unable to exempt the VAT once the order has been placed and paid for.


If VAT is noticed on your order after the bill has been paid, you as the customer are liable to pay the VAT in full before receiving your delivery. Please see  for full details on VAT.
